Learning to Estimate Projects with PROJECT

Microsoft Project is a comprehensive project management tool that comes with the office suite. It allows you to manage and estimate costs, use of resources, times, and other important variables of managing a Project in any area.

It also has administrative, management, analysis and statistical tools for better monitoring of the projects to be carried out.

In this course you will learn from the beginning of planning a Project, its configuration, monitoring, optimization and closure.

How you will learn?

You will learn at your own pace, using the Artfultec Academy platform, fully online. You will be able to manage your own study time in the way that best suits your schedule.

You will study with theory and practice lessons in video, with written material and practices guided by expert teachers that will show you first hand how to perform the tasks. With a proper balance between theory and practice, you will answer questionnaires, you will take tests and deliver projects for the exercices that are used to assess, validate and incorporate your knowledge. You will be able to access all the study material as much as you need.

You will interact with the teachers through the Artfultec Academy Campus, in the message forums and in the live Webinars that are streamed periodically. You will also be in contact with your fellow classmates in the Campus, exchanging ideas, suggestions and possible solutions to the exercises as you progress through your studies.

The exercises and problems that you will use to study and practices are inspired in specific problems from the world of science, humanities, society and arts.

Each subject, topic and lesson will be unblocked as you progress through the studies and pass each of the questionnaires, tests and practices, that will serve as evaluations of your learning and achievements.

This Course has an estimated total commitment time of 110 hours approximately. But depending on your skills, dedication and other factors, it's possible that you may require a bit less or maybe some more time. This is different from person to person.

Although you will be able to study in the moments you deem convenient for yourself, we strongly recommend that you organize your schedule so you can commit a minimum of 7 hours per week to your studies. This way you will advance in a steady pace, you will get the practice and habits needed for studying. If you commit with yourself this way, you will be able to complete this Course in 16 weeks approximately (or 4 months approximately). Again, keep in mind that it might take you a bit less or some more time, depending on different personal factors. Only for comparison purposes, if you commit 14 hours per week, you could finish your studies in 8 weeks (2 months aproximatelly)

Once enrolled, you will receive full access to the Artfultec Academy Campus and you will have access for life. Yes, for life! But we recommend that you commit with yourself to meet a study plan, and try to finish it in less than 32 weeks (8 months approximately). This way you can keep up with the latest in technology and keep yourself updated.
